Sean is the author of The Dark Side of Fat Loss: Lessons from the Underground (DSFL), an ebook exploring a holistic approach to fat loss, with an emphasis on uncovering dysfunctions in the hormonal, digestive, and detoxification systems as they relate to overall health and weight management. Released in 2011, DSFL includes the popular JERF30 diet program and has been part of the Nutrition curriculum at Saint Mary’s College since 2013.
Sean is also the creator and host of The Second Opinion Series, a online health summit series focusing on overlooked and under-diagnosed conditions, including The Thyroid Sessions, The Digestion Sessions, and The Depression Sessions, which have been viewed by over 300K total attendees.
